Audrey Lam

Audrey is an experienced physiotherapist specialising in neurological and musculoskeletal rehabilitation and MSK conditions. She has extensive experience supporting patients with conditions including multiple sclerosis, stroke, Parkinson’s disease and cerebral palsy, as well as long-term conditions, balance and gait difficulties, and functional mobility impairments. Her approach combines therapeutic exercise, movement-based rehabilitation, manual therapy and patient education to support each patient’s individual goals.

With a professional background in dance, Audrey brings additional expertise in movement analysis, injury prevention and functional training. She is passionate about making sessions personalised, engaging and empowering, helping patients build strength, confidence and independence while achieving sustainable improvements in their physical health.
