A highly experienced Consultant Paediatric Endocrinologist with a specialist interest in paediatric endocrinology and metabolic bone disease. After nearly 20 years leading a tertiary paediatric endocrine service in a District General Hospital, she moved to the Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital (RNOH) in 2015, bringing extensive clinical and service leadership experience.
During her time at RNOH, she played a key role in transforming Children’s Services following a critical CQC report, leading improvements that resulted in an overall ‘Good’ rating by 2018 and recognition of the department as a service strength. As Responsible Lead for strategy development across Children’s Services and Outpatients at Trust Board level, she developed significant expertise in clinical service redesign and operational improvement.
