Mr Mustafa Al Naib

Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon with a specialist interest in musculoskeletal (MSK) medicine, primary care orthopaedics, and diagnostic and interventional MSK ultrasound. Since qualifying in 2004 and becoming a consultant in 2010, he has worked across NHS services in Kent and Croydon, delivering evidence-based care for a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions.

He is the Founder and Clinical Director of ACTIVATE, focused on providing accessible, patient-centred non-surgical MSK care, and has contributed to service improvement within the NHS, including reducing waiting times and developing community-based MSK pathways such as the first MSK Virtual Clinic in Kent. His postgraduate qualifications include memberships and fellowships from leading UK and European surgical bodies, alongside a Diploma in Football Medicine from FIFA. He is also actively involved in teaching and training doctors through the University of Edinburgh and NHS programmes.
