Viacheslav Gamazeishchikov

Viacheslav joined VisitHealth in early 2021, when the business was a home-visiting healthcare service run by a team of fewer than ten Registered nurses, HCAs and administrative staff. His focus was to build the Company’s next stage of growth, taking its flagship Kensington Olympia clinic from business plan and site selection through to launch. Today, the flagship is fully operational and continuing to scale.

Before VisitHealth, Viacheslav spent close to a decade in private healthcare, working in a multicultural environment across a network providing the full cycle of care to a large international patient base. His experience ranged from patient-facing and clinical support operations to leading outpatient, inpatient and VIP care pathways, deputising for the Medical Director, and contributing to the development of the organisation’s EHR and patient-facing digital products.

This combination of building healthcare operations from the ground up and running them at scale shapes his approach today: designing services that work for patients, clinicians and the business - not only at launch, but years later.
